my thoughts:
From the time I saw Gwen's blog post about Homer scaring the late-night intruder away, I knew I had to read this book. When I saw a promotional copy in my manager's office at work I begged him for it. I love cats, and having one myself, have a personal fondness for black cats. Homer's story is simply amazing, I laughed, cried, and told everyone I came into contact with about this wonderful little cat.
It seems there wasn't a single person who met Homer and left unaffected in some way. Homer finds joy in everything and that draws people to him. If only we could all be so happy with what we have. Homer is an example to us all.
